John was knowledgeable, professional, and made the tour a great experience. The tour was reasonably priced, the lunch was excellent, and I loved the eco-friendly focus. We had plenty of time to explore and enjoy the beautiful scenery without feeling rushed. I finished the day with dinner at El Nacional, and the food was A+!
